We offer FREE SHIPPING (Standard Shipping) in the entire United States of America, as long as the address is a recognized by all major carriers. We do not ship to PO Boxes. We not ship internationally.

TIMEFRAME: Returns accepted within 30 days of when item was received.
RETURN FEE: Since we offer FREE SHIPPING the return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility. In the event that you’ve received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly cover the return shipping cost. We reserve the right to request a photo of the item prior to approving an RMA.
RESTOCKING FEE: No restocking fees charged for items branded by DilaBee.
REFUND: Your full refund will be given as ‘Money Back’. We will refund you with the same payment method you used when you purchased your item on our website.
